The museum acts as a resource for individuals and organizations seeking historical information, showcasing the area heritage. The museum aims to document history, provide expertise to produce exhibits, collect and preserve cultural artifacts and documents for future generations.

The ultimate goals is to provide the opportunity everyone to learn about and enjoy the area's history and build a sense of community heritage.
